Paranormal / President Woodrow Wilson

Supernatural/Autobiography: USAREUR was one of the very first acronyms  that I ever had to deal with personally. Naturally, FBI is a common enough known abbreviation understood by most people in the United States, but now citizens in America have to deal with what is even more commonly known as “Alphabet Soup Agencies.” Alphabet Soup is certainly a funny way to express the United States Security Agencies in a collective mixture of acronyms and abbreviations that must be confusing to people inside and outside the United States. For example, how many people in the United States know DHS, NRO, PLF, NSA, ARV and so on to all the “High-Tech” gizmos such as UAV, and what “high-flying” bogies sneak in from outer-space? Just a question. Please do not go paranoid on reading into this Blog something that is not there. Paranormal  /  President Woodrow Wilson has been attributed as saying something that seems very strange for a President of the United  States to say.  Most peculiar and ignominious as the following quote is…*

“Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the U.S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.” *      Is that quote humiliating and shameful, possibly discreditable if the people of the United States and indirectly the World think that the President of the United States is all-powerful, and yet is terrified and frighten of something that nobody wants to talk about. Is that not spooky to the point of  the “paranormal, and maybe supernatural? I’m just the reporter, please do not blame me if the proverbial game of connecting the dots gets skewed. Part of this autobiography, as I am sure the warriors coming back from Afghanistan might attest, and the doughboys of Word War One knew opium and the poppy fields have a seduction of peace, the amniotic fluid of pre natal comfort, rest  in an artificial uterus as alien reproduction vehicle for the weary, I was taught this poem in fifth or sixth grade, and do please understand in some ways we are all programmed -life -forms as follows…John McCrae, May 1915
“In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below. We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields…”
